KEY TECHNOLOGIES
Aero frame
If you're looking for a bike that will take you to the next level and allow you to achieve your cycling goals, a stiff aero carbon frame is an excellent choice. It combines the best of both worlds - stiffness, lightness and aerodynamics. These frames are designed to minimize air resistance and maximize power transfer to the pedals. Carbon fiber makes these frames extremely stiff, meaning they can convert your every pedal into speed. Even though these frames are stiff, modern technology has made it possible to produce frames that absorb vibration for a more comfortable ride. Specially shaped tubes minimize air resistance and increase your speed.
Integrated handlebars and stem
You can't imagine a modern road bike without an integrated one. Thanks to the smooth transition between the different parts, air resistance is reduced, leading to higher speeds and better use of energy. Another advantage is the lower weight than the traditional handlebar and stem combination, which contributes to the overall weight reduction of the bike. Due to its design, cockpits are integrated. This means more precise power transfer to the bike and better handling. Last but not least, many cyclists also appreciate the clean and modern look of integrated cockpits, which gives the bike a sleek look.
Carbon fibre - the best material for a bicycle
There is no better material for your bicycle than carbon. A carbon bicycle is lighter in weight, stronger, absorbs vibrations during riding caused by uneven surfaces, doesn't corrode and last but not least is easy to repair. For the Vegur range of bicycles we use UTS Carbon T800 from the Japanese company Toray, which is one of the best carbon fibres in the world. The tensile modulus is 42 Msi and the fiber features a high tensile strength of 5880 MPa with high level and balanced composite properties. The tensile modulus is 294 GPa.
UCI Approved
Our Sava Vegur road bikes are approved by the International Cycling Union for use in all UCI races. This means you can rely on your bike like the true professionals in the pro peloton.
Protective QR code
Every Sava bicycle has an original QR code which, once registered on our website, ensures that if you buy a bike second-hand, you can easily identify the former owner and thus trace the bike's origin. Therefore, Sava bicycles are not worth stealing from thieves, and are subsequently virtually unsellable. When buying a second-hand Sava bicycle, always check the identity of the seller and whether he was really the legal owner in our system.
